Portland, ME — Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine (Ronald McDonald House Maine Maine) is excited to announce the slate of directors to the Board for 2025 (see attached), including three new members.

Jennifer Flynn, NP
“Ronald McDonald House Maine is very close to my heart. Many of you may have heard my story recently at the Golf Tournament. My daughter, Rowan, was born at 29 weeks and we spent quite some time in the NICU at MMC. As a Nurse Practitioner working in pediatrics, this hit way too close to home for me. We utilized the Portland House for several weeks. I then ran the 2022 Chicago Marathon raising money for Team Ronald McDonald House Maine. I am currently the Medical Director at Cape Integrative Health, and I am thrilled to join the Board.”

Brian Fournier
“I have 25 years of professional experience at WEX and as one of Maine’s most active corporate citizens. I am high energy, action-oriented and willing to help wherever Ronald McDonald House Maine needs me! I have been involved with several charities in Maine including United Way, American Cancer Society, BBCH, and WinterKids.”

Gina Trachimowicz, MD
“From my time as a volunteer in medical school in Vermont to, most recently, my participation in the gala, I have known about the incredible work Ronald McDonald House Maine does to support families with critically ill children. The organization’s mission deeply inspires me, and I would be honored to contribute my time, skills, and expertise to this important cause. As a neonatologist for the last 15 years, part business owner and Vice President of Maine Neonatology Associates, and Medical Director/Board Member of Mother’s Milk Bank Northeast, I am confident that my knowledge as a future board member would allow me to make meaningful contributions to Ronald McDonald House Maine’s goals. I am particularly drawn to Ronald McDonald House Maine’s focus on providing comfort and support to many families I care for in the NICU. They face some of the most challenging times and survive the unimaginable. I am indebted to the organization for always ensuring that families have a place to stay without the added burden of housing or financial concerns. I am committed to contributing to Ronald McDonald House Maine’s mission by leveraging my networks and professional expertise to further enhance its impact on the community.”
